So we decided to grow watermelons and now we have about 6 watermelons on the vine. How exciting that we picked our first watermelon a few weeks back.

Ashlyn enjoyed playing on the tractor on one nice Saturday, so much fun to play driver and ride with Daddy.  We are thinking she is going to make a great farm girl!

Ashlyn celebrated her 1st Birthday today with family and friends!  She was a little shy about dipping into her cake, but loved playing with all her family and friends. Parties are so much fun!!

Ashlyn turned "one" while we were camping at El Capitan State Beach. She enjoyed her eating her 1st Birthday Cupcake and oh boy the chocolate frosting was a treat! Also we took lots of wagons rides through the flower garden and on the beach.

Ashlyn and the family enjoyed her first Easter down at Cousin Christi's house in Manhattan Beach. What a wonderful time, we enjoyed the our visit and the food. Ashlyn liked her "hunt" and placing the eggs in and out & in and out of the basket. Easter sure was fun in the sun!!
